• 🗳️ Grind your rival's Voter Support from 30 to 0 before election night does it to you.
• 💰 Political Capital: turn N grants N capital (max 10), refilled each turn.
• ⚔ Campaigners have Spin (attack) and Resolve (health). Click yours, then a target. Combatants hit each other; heroes don't hit back.
• 📋 Fresh campaigners are filing nomination papers — no attacking until next turn, unless they have ⚡ Momentum.
• 🛡 Front-Runner: enemies must attack Front-Runners first. Media law.
• 💰 Fundraiser: combat damage this campaigner deals also restores your Support.
• 🌀 Spin Doctor: while on the board, your damage spells hit harder.
• 🎙 On Message: fires the moment the campaigner is deployed (watch for the gold flash). Concession: effect when defeated.
• 🕳️ Patronage: power now, a Liability shuffled into a deck. When drawn, the scandal breaks — it costs Support and your draw.
• 🗞️ News Cycle: every 3rd turn a headline hits BOTH campaigns. Tomorrow's front page is telegraphed in the ticker — plan around it.
• 📸 Hero Power (2 capital, once/turn): Bradford buffs a campaigner; Chow summons an Ally.
• 🥱 Empty deck → Voter Fatigue: escalating damage. The electorate is tired.
• 🏃 The Long Campaign: 4 escalating elections, one deck. Win a round → draft an Endorsement (permanent, stacking run modifier), recruit a card, cut a card. Later rounds have turn-limit mandates and Crunch Time (hero damage +1 late). Lose once and the run ends — the news cycle is unforgiving.
• ⌨️ Space/Enter: end turn. Esc: cancel targeting / close windows.
